1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how MTAC Millionaire (“MTAC Millionaire,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information that identifies or relates to you (“Personal Information”) in connection with the purchase and delivery of The MTAC Proposal Kit and How to Write an MTAC Proposal, the 3-hour workshop, recorded (collectively, the “Products”) and registration for our live training, and the choices available to you with respect to that information. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide. If you register for our live training, we collect the details that you provide on the registration form.
2.2 Information from Third Parties. When you make a purchase, our checkout provider, SamCart, provides us with your name, your email address and your order numbers. Your payment card details are provided directly to SamCart and its payment processor, Stripe. MTAC Millionaire does not at any time see or store your payment card details.
3. How We Use Information
3.1 Purposes of Use. We use Personal Information for the following purposes:
- to deliver the Products that you purchase, including by sending your receipt and your access link to your email address; and
- if you register for our live training, to send you the session details and reminders.
3.2 Communications. We send your receipt, your access link and notices regarding your purchase. If you register for our live training, we also send you the session details and reminders.
4. How We Share Information
4.1 Service Providers. We share Personal Information with the following service providers: our checkout provider, SamCart, which processes payments; an email delivery provider, which sends receipts and access emails; and a hosting provider, which hosts our pages, the Workshop and the files included in the Products. These service providers process Personal Information solely to provide those services to us.
4.2 No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell Personal Information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your order and contact details so that your access to the Products continues to function. Upon your request, we will delete them, as described in Section 7.
6. Data Security
Connections to our pages are encrypted, payment card details are never transmitted to us, and access to Personal Information is limited to the persons who operate MTAC Millionaire.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may request a copy of your Personal Information, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Requests may be submitted by email to support@mtacmillionaire.com, and we will respond by email.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Products are intended for use by businesses and are not intended for anyone under the age of 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do so, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
